I used the fun new Circle Circus Stamp Set. It is such a versatile set and I just love the clean circle images.
Materials
Stamps: Circle Circus
Cardstock: Pacific Point, Whisper White, Real Red, Basic Black
Ink: Pacific Point, Summer Sun, Real Red, Basic Black, Versamark
Other: 3/4", 1", 1 1/4" Circle Punches, Scallop Circle Punch, Chipboard, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool

I Love the circle and how you had a background on the top of the card but not on the bottom where the Hi! is. I would like to get a card like this. It is very happy!
