Acetate Gift Box
Step 1
Cut cardstock to 2 3/4" by 2 3/4". Score each side at 1/2"
Step 2

Snip tabs to score line on 2 opposite sides.
Step 3

Apply adhesive to 4 tabs and construct to form shallow box.
Step 4

Cut acetate sheet (available from most stationery stores) to 7 1/2" x 3".
Step 5

Score long side at 1 9/16" intervals.
Step 6

Apply sticky strip around outsides of box and adhere acetate around edges. Start with the small 1/2" tab and work your way around.

Step 7

Cut strip of Designer Series Paper to 3/4" x 7 1/2". Scallop edge using corner rounder punch.
Step 8
Apply adhesive along straight long side and one short side. Adhere around box.
Step 9

Cut cardstock to 2 7/8" x 2 7/8". Score all 4 sides at 1/2"
Step 10

Set 2 eyelets in top of box.
Step 11

Construct lid the same way you did the base of the box. Ensure that the right side of your eyelets are on the top.
Step 12

Cut a length of ribbon and thread ends through both eyelets. Leave a loop at the top of the box.
Step 13

Tie ribbon ends inside lid of box.
Step 14

Fill box with wrapped chocolates and add lid. Add a stamped tag if you wish.
